Forest and Agricultural Property Valuer

At Forum Fastighetsekonomi, you will become part of one of Sweden's leading valuation consulting firms within commercial real estate, forestry, and agriculture. We have approximately 50 employees across 14 offices nationwide, and we are now seeking three forest and agricultural property valuers for our Forest and Agriculture Department in Jönköping, Dalarna, and Västerbotten counties.

About the role

After an introduction period, you will work independently and take full responsibility for valuing forest and agricultural properties. A large part of the assignments consists of valuations of forest-dominated properties as well as compensation valuations for both forestry and agricultural land.

The work is varied and involves moving between the office, fieldwork, and customer contacts. You will operate in a dynamic area where law, economics, and forestry meet, serving clients such as banks, authorities, municipalities, forestry companies, large estates, and private landowners.

You will become part of our Forest and Agriculture Group, which currently consists of 12 experienced colleagues with high competence and a strong team spirit.

We are looking for you who

Already have some experience from valuation, property advisory, real estate brokerage, or other similar activities within forestry and agriculture.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have good social skills and a sense of humor

• Are confident in customer dialogue and accustomed to taking personal responsibility

• Express yourself well both verbally and in writing

• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

A university-level education in forestry is a requirement, while experience in forest and agricultural valuation as well as compensation valuation is meritorious.
